• Represented FastMed/CareSpot, one of the largest urgent care providers in the US, in several different transactions, including its acquisition of clinics in Arizona, California, Florida and Texas and dispositions of clinics in Arizona, California,  North Carolina and Texas
• Represented global supply chain software solutions provider Blue Yonder, Inc. in several international acquisitions, including Blue Yonder’s acquisitions of Yantriks, a Boston-based SaaS provider of commerce and fulfillment microservices that utilizes artificial intelligence technology, flexis, a Germany-based SaaS solutions provider for the automotive industry, and Doddle, a UK-based international post-purchase logistics solutions provider.
• Represented premier collector car auction and live events company, Barrett-Jackson, in multiple transactions, including the acquisition of a suite of online brands that includes the world’s largest online marketplace for classic and modern collectible vehicles and the sale of a majority interest in Barrett-Jackson to IMG, an Endeavor company
• Represented a market leading provider of steel framing products, California Expanded Metal Products Corporation (CEMCO), in its sale to JFE Shoji Corporation
• Represented full-service investment bank, Roth Capital Partners, in its acquisition of MKM Partners, LLC, an institutional equity trading, sales and research firm headquartered in Stamford, CT
• Represented an Arizona-based civil construction firm in its sale to a national industry leader
• Represented multifamily real estate development and management company Alliance Residential Company in the sale of its property management business to Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC
