DLA Piper advises Blue Yonder on acquisition of flexis
DLA Piper has advised Blue Yonder, a leading provider of supply chain solutions, on the acquisition of flexis AG. flexis specializes in software-based technologies for optimizing production as well as transportation planning and execution. With a robust customer base in the automotive and industrial original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sectors, flexis strengthens Blue Yonder’s capabilities to help companies with highly configurable products and complex network structures.
