Theresa Richter advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective employment law, both in and out of court. She supports clients in major restructurings and often represents her clients in complex labor court proceedings and negotiations. One focus of her advice is the legal support of restructuring and termination matters. In her day-to-day advice, Theresa assists clients with general employment law issues (including drafting employment contracts, company guidelines, compensation models and co-determination rights under works constitution law). Theresa is also engaged in DLA Piper's pro bono work.
