DLA Piper Argentina welcomes Nicolás Fernández Madero as Head of the Life Sciences Practice

DLA Piper Argentina is pleased to welcome Nicolás Fernández Madero as partner and Head of the Life Sciences Practice in the Buenos Aires office.

Madero focuses his practice on advising global and multinational pharmaceutical companies in all of their legal, regulatory and contractual matters. He also has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, representing leaders in verticals including banking, capital markets and blockchain.

He has advised digital asset service providers, including one of the largest cryptocurrency marketplaces and a global agribusiness tokenization platform, on token design and issuance, as well as regulatory matters.
