Antonio has more than 15 years of experience in corporate criminal law, representing and advising clients involved in criminal investigations and proceedings. He has advised Brazilian and foreign clients in a range of industries, including agriculture, logistics, infrastructure, real estate, pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking and finance, defense and arms, technology, hospitality, leisure and tobacco.

Antonio C. Tovo is experienced in investigations, proceedings and counsel related to business criminal law matters. He has represented clients in high-complexity criminal cases involving a large number of suspects and defendants, yielding significant media exposure. He is additionally experienced in managing crises involving criminal and compliance matters.
