Prior Experience
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Keith worked as a judicial intern in the Chambers of the Honorable John F. Keenan in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the New York City Law Department, where he represented New York City on various matters relating to its multi-billion dollar pension funds. Keith also previously worked as an associate at a major law firm, focusing on real estate, borrower-side debt financing and corporate merger and acquisition transactions.
