See the public sector landscape from all angles

Our experienced public, constitutional and administrative law team brings a 360° view to the advice we provide. We’ve seen it from all sides, all across the world. We help government departments and public authorities develop policies and set rules, and support the corporations affected by them. We know what works – and how to make that work for you.

Navigating the complexities of public, constitutional and administrative law requires experienced support – from advisors who know both sides of the coin.

This area of law touches all aspects of everyday life. Government decisions must stand up to legal scrutiny. If not, they may be vulnerable to challenge, which can put an end to a proposed policy or delay much-needed change.

For companies, public law is a tool for influencing or challenging government decisions that affect your operations and bottom line.

Our global team works with government and corporate clients in many jurisdictions on contentious matters and in an advisory capacity.

We advise governments and public bodies on lawful policy development and drafting those policies into legislation and regulations, and defending them against legal challenge. And we help corporations in all sectors understand the impact of government decisions on their business, comply with requirements, and challenge these where appropriate.

We regularly work on cutting-edge issues around the world. We’ve helped develop, defend, and challenge policies and regulation in many sectors: from renewable energy and public health, to indigenous rights and financial regulation.

We offer the 360° view you need. We understand government processes and private sector drivers and devise strategies that we know can work in your circumstances.

Given our global reach, we can quickly mobilize large, cross-jurisdictional, and multidisciplinary teams – including those with experience in judicial review; public inquiries; procurement litigation; and local equality, environmental and human rights laws.

We’ll help you see public, constitutional, and administrative legal matters from every point of view – giving you the best chance of success, whether you’re in the public or private sector.
