Jennifer Garcia

Jennifer focuses on a diversity of land use planning, zoning entitlement, and development projects throughout Northern Virginia. She represents landowners and developers, guiding them through the approval processes for residential, mixed-use, commercial, data center, and retail projects. 

Jennifer has the unique ability to provide insight into the local government side of land development processes through extensive and relevant planning and zoning experience in the public sector.  

Jennifer is an experienced technical writer with unique and valuable familiarity with Comprehensive Plans and related land use policies. She effectively builds relationships and partnerships to guide clients through critical Comprehensive Plan amendment and entitlement approvals.

Jennifer is a key member of our storied Land Use & Zoning Team.
