Stephen represents, serves and advises boards and senior management of domestic and multinational stock, mutual and captive re/insurance firms, intermediaries, trade organizations, regulators, receivers and receivership creditors in high profile disputes, innovative transactions, (including M&A and legacy transfers), troublesome regulatory matters, strategic planning, reorganizations and restructuring (including run-off), receivership proceedings and in-house training.
