Dino Dima is a Partner and Co-head of Corporate Finance. Dino provides pragmatic, commercial advice in relation to national and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and contract management.

He has notable experience also in the regulated industries, and unrivaled insight into the telecoms and ICT industry.Dino represents domestic and international clients in the industrial, services and infrastructures sectors advising on a variety of matters including complex projects, negotiating and executing cross-border deals and commercial agreements. Clients benefit from his experience in negotiating joint ventures and other partnership agreements of strategic collaboration and business operations, as well as on the establishment and regulation of company structures, national and international corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Dino Dima has advised on complex international projects, including restructurings, inclusive of those on a “turn-key” basis, as well as negotiations and implementations of cross-border offers, commercial agreements, and establishment of joint ventures.
