Aleksander Haleniuk

Aleksander Haleniuk specializes in banking, finance and civil law. He has experience in advising on various financing transactions, including real estate, project and infrastructure financing, PPP, corporate and cross-border projects. He represents both banks and borrowers in numerous project finance, infrastructure and PPP projects.

Aleksander participates in the preparation and negotiation of financing documents and legal opinions.

Prior to joining the firm, Aleksander was a member of the European Investment Bank's legal department responsible for the Baltic Sea region.
