Elle Jimenez provides legal advice on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters impacting national and international clients that manufacture, distribute, and retail FDA-regulated products, such as foods, beverages, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.

Elle also advises businesses on how to navigate complex regulatory frameworks that apply to products and consumer goods regulated by other government agencies, including the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  In addition to her regulatory work, Elle assists with FDA and USDA due diligence on behalf of companies seeking to acquire or invest in companies with a portfolio of regulated products.
