Matt Prucha

Matt maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on securities and ‎corporate ‎finance, ‎mergers and acquisitions and financial services. ‎

Matt has experience advising clients based both in Canada and abroad in corporate and securities law, ‎‎corporate finance, and a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border ‎‎transactions, corporate governance, public ‎offerings and private placement financings. Matt also has ‎experience advising financial services clients on the regulatory compliance regimes applicable to their ‎services. ‎

Matt received his J.D. from Western University where he acted as the Co-Chair of the Western Business ‎Law Society. Prior to attending law school, Matt earned his B.A. (Honours) from McGill University. ‎
