Christopher is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations Group.
Christopher maintains a general litigation practice focusing on commercial and civil litigation, arbitration proceedings and cross-border disputes. Christopher has worked alongside senior counsel on a wide range of litigation matters, including disputes concerning commercial real estate, oppression claims, breach of contract, and forum selection clauses.
Prior to joining the firm, Christopher obtained his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from the McGill University Faculty of Law. During law school, Christopher was actively involved in extracurricular activities and mooting. Christopher served as an Executive Member on the McGill Law Students Association, McGill Business Law Association, and the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution. Christopher also previously interned at two international law firms located in London, UK.
In his final year of law school, Christopher was selected to compete for the McGill University Faculty of Law at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Christopher and his teammates finished in the top sixty four law schools worldwide out of 385 participating faculties. In addition, Christopher and his teammates secured honourable mentions for their Claimant and Respondent memos.
Christopher summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an associate in 2023.
