Advising on validity of break notices and statutory notices and preparing the same.
Undertaking Professional Negligence claims against legal advisors where statutory deadlines pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 have been missed.
Assisting with dilapidations settlements and advising on strategy for negotiations.
Drafting and managing possession claims through the County Courts and seeking enforcement via the High Court when required.
General assistance with asset management acting on behalf of Landlords and Tenants, including advising on debt recovery options and contractual disputes.
