Gabriël's selected experience includes:

  • Advising BASF on its strategic acquisition of 49.5% of Vattenfall’s Hollandse Kust Zuid in The Netherlands – one of the largest offshore wind farms in the Dutch North Sea.
  • Advising Bencis Capital Partners on the acquisition of Nooteboom Textiles from Egeria.
  • Advising Octinion on its joint venture with Priva, a high-tech company that develops hardware, software and services in the field of climate control, energy saving and optimal reuse of water.
  • Advising OSI Group on the acquisition of IQI Trusted Petfood Ingredients.
  • Advising Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), one of the leading international chemicals companies, on several complex international business restructurings.
  • Advising SolarEnergyWorks and its founders on the controlled auction sale of its solar business to Ampyr Solar Europe.
  • Advising Synergia Capital on various (add-on) acquisitions in the Netherlands.
  • Advising UGI International on the creation of a joint venture with SHV Energy to advance the production and use of renewable dimethyl ether (rDME).
