DLA Piper advises KODE on sale of an organized part of the enterprise to ROLMAR

DLA Piper law firm advised KODE Arkadiusz Szyszkowski Artur Radel (KODE), a leading producer and distributor of motor vehicle parts, on the sale of an organized part of the enterprise to Rolmar Trade, a producer and distributor of tractors and agricultural machinery. The sale of the division will allow KODE to focus on key business areas while Rolmar Trade benefits from an expansion of its product line and strengthens its position in the spare parts market.

KODE is a dynamically growing company specializing in the distribution, production, repair, remanufacturing, assembly and sale of spare parts for turbochargers, including bearing housings, aluminum plates, repair kits, heat shields, turbines, turbine housings and CHRA cartridges. Rolmar Trade, a part of the Markowski Group, has been operating in the tractor and agricultural machinery spare parts market since 1989.

A team from DLA Piper's Warsaw office worked on the transaction and comprised of Corporate partner Jakub Marcinkowski and senior associate Michał Sowinski. They were supported by junior associate Artur Hammermeister.
