DLA Piper launches Legal Delivery Centre in Germany, headed by Dr Michael Zollner and Dr Carl Renner

DLA Piper has appointed partners Dr Michael Zollner and Dr Carl Renner to establish and lead the Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) in Germany from September 1, 2024, which is part of DLA Piper's Law& for disruptive legal, technology and business advisory solutions. Michael and Carl will join from Pinsent Masons, where they were co-heads of Vario, focusing on delivering innovative managed legal services as well as flexible staffing solutions for clients. Both combine many years of experience advising clients on commercial and technology law and innovative legal solutions.

Underpinned by the firm's international innovation strategy, DLA Piper's newly created LDC in Germany combines traditional legal advice with innovative and technical solutions to deliver holistic managed legal services. The LDC will make advisory services even more efficient for projects with different levels of complexity, thereby adding considerable value to clients. By offering services such as legal project management, electronic document management, technology solutions and flexible staffing, DLA Piper's portfolio will be aligned even more closely to the evolving needs of clients.
