DLA Piper Canada welcomes partner Nafeesa Valli-Hasham

Nafeesa has helped numerous clients get listed on the Canadian stock exchanges and execute initial public offerings and other going public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business combinations, and strategic financing structures. She assists clients with their commercial growth, working to understand the goals of their businesses and their stakeholders to create legal strategies leading to lucrative outcomes. Nafeesa also works with companies in the technology, life sciences, mineral exploration, entertainment, clean energy, and venture capital industries as they navigate through their growth spectrum.
