Raúl Torres

Raúl Torres practice focuses on restructuring processes, including collective redundancy procedures, collective amendment of employment conditions, temporary suspensions of employment and subcontracting of services; he also represents frequently clients before labour courts and the Labour Inspectorate.

Raul has extensive experience in all aspects of Employment and Social Security law, providing advice on negotiations (terminations, claims for amounts, changes to employment conditions), drafting of contracts of employment (in particular, senior management contracts) and service contracts, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and legal due diligences.
