EXPERIENCE
He has assisted large multinationals in some of the biggest tax litigation cases in recent years. Among these, the judgment before the Constitutional Court that led to the landmark decision that stopped, in M&A deals, the disputes for the purposes of registration tax based either on the abuse of the right principle or on a certain interpretation of art. 20 of the Consolidated Registration Tax Act.
