Stéphanie Schindler advises and represents local and international clients doing business in France on various labour law issues, assisting them in their day-to-day matters (either individual or collective labour relations) and in the context of their legal proceedings.
She also assists clients with the preparation and negotiation of employment agreements including confidentiality and non-compete clauses, the structuring of commission plans, the severance of individual employment contracts, the structuring of settlement proposals and agreements and the resolution of related disputes.
She also has significant experience in collective redundancies, reorganisations and site closures. Her work involves the preparation of "social plans" and the negotiation with employee and trade union representatives as well as the exchanges with government and labour authorities. In addition, she assists clients with the social consequences of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
She has developed extensive experience in the automotive, hospitality, transportation, entertainment, retail and technology sectors.
Stephanie also regularly advises clients on the conduct of internal investigations in connection with harassment claims, restrictive covenant violations and employee use of employer technology.
