Kate Salter

Kate Salter leads the Office of the General Counsel team, and is responsible for advising the firm on legal, regulatory, compliance, ethical and governance matters.

Kate is a member of the firm’s Executive and attends and acts as legal advisor to the firm’s International Board. She is also the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, for the purposes of the firm’s regulator, the Solicitors’ Regulatory Authority.

Kate began her career as a corporate lawyer with DLA Piper, advising a wide range of companies on corporate matters.
