Shaliney Malhotra

Shaliney’s practice is focused on all aspects of management-side employment and labour law. ‎

Shaliney has represented clients before various levels of court and tribunals, including the Superior Court ‎of Justice, Ontario Labour Relations Board, and Tax Court of Canada. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Shaliney ‎articled and practised at a full-service law firm in the Greater Toronto Area.  ‎  ‎

Shaliney earned a Dual J.D. at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During her ‎time in law school, Shaliney was a judicial extern at the Third Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan, volunteered ‎at an Immigration Law Clinic, and participated in moot court competitions on both sides of the border.  ‎
