Jennifer Maria Held

Jennifer Held is a member of DLA Piper's Employment group in Vienna since February 2023.

She advises in all areas of collective and individual employment law, including employment-related data protection law, contract law and litigation. 

Her clients include companies in a range of sectors including health, trade, chemicals, banking, food and energy. 

Prior to joining DLA Piper, she worked for two reputable law firms in Vienna, where she gained additional experience in IT Law and Intellectual Property Law as well as Data Protection law and therefore is the “Go-to-person” in the Austrian employment team in all queries where employment law meets data protection law.
