Tommaso advises national and international clients on all matters concerning Employment, Trade Union and Social Security Law.

Tommaso has developed a wide experience in Employment litigation and restructuring processes. He also assists in managing agency relationships and their termination as well as contract with executives and directors.

Tommaso is a Lawyer with 15 years's experience in advising national and international clients on employment law issues; agency and sales representation contracts; contract with executives and directors. He accureud a wide experience on litigation and restructuring processes, as well as in advising banks and financial intermediaries on remuneration policies, stock options, incentive plans for managers and directors.

Tommaso is member of IBA International Bar Association and Italian Employment Lawyer Association “AGI” (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani).
He is author of academic essays and articles (both in Italian and English) published in leading legal journals and Lecturer in Academic Master training courses fowith focus on Compliance 231/2001; Health and Safety; Remote working regulation; Outsourcing; Collective dismissal and restructuring processes.
