Mathilde advises and assists clients in all matters relating to employment law (both individual and collective) and social security law, including restructurings, reviewing and drafting companies’ policies, drafting due diligence reports and dealing with labour leasing issues. She also assists her clients in complying with complex legislations such as the European Whistleblower Protection Directive and the discrimination laws. 

Her clients include national and international companies in a range of sectors including insurance, healthcare, life sciences and the chemical sector. 

She also represents clients in litigation before tribunals and courts in Belgium.

Mathilde also specializes in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) matters, particularly focusing on social issues within the context of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
