Thomas Boot specialises in employment law and has experience in advising and litigating for both local and international companies on all aspects of collective and individual employment law including works council matters, non-discrimination cases, corporate restructurings, flexible employment relations and collective dismissals.
Thomas also has experience in advising and litigating on the interface between employment law and administrative law (including representing clients towards the relevant authorities).
