Key Experience

• Advising and representing an Indian optical fiber cable company in court proceedings regarding disputes on damage incurred in connection with defective goods and poor installation service
• Advising and representing a foreign computer software company in court proceedings against a claim for damages incurred in connection with a breach of a consortium agreement and a core banking software installation service agreement lodged by the opposite party to the consortium agreement and state enterprise bank
• Performing as a member of the Sub-Committee on Labour under the Human Rights Committee of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, appointed by the President of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, and work as a lawyer in advising Thai workers on unfair employment matters (charitable work)
• Advising and representing a Korean home appliance manufacturing and assembly company in relation to an appeal against judgment of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal
• Advising and representing a foreign commercial bank in court-supervised business re-organization proceedings against the biggest oil pipe manufacturing companies
• Representing an international petrochemical company in arbitration proceedings regarding disputes on damage incurred in connection with poor performance of maintenance contractor
