Geneviève Zinger

Geneviève Zinger practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on corporate governance and compliance.

Geneviève has experience in a broad range of matters involving purchase and sale of business transactions, corporate compliance, economic sanctions and export control. Moreover, she is routinely asked to assist in due diligence projects.

Prior to joining our firm, Geneviève interned at the Department of Justice Canada in tax litigation. She also worked at a national law firm and her faculty’s community legal clinic during law school. 

Geneviève summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an associate in 2022.
