Sua Yoon

Sua Yoon’s practice focuses on representing health technology companies, physician groups, and device manufacturers on healthcare regulatory and strategic matters.  Sua conducts healthcare regulatory due diligence in M&A and private equity transactions, including physician compensation structure, corporate practice of medicine, and state and federal licensing obligations.  Sua also advises biopharmaceutical manufacturers on developing and maintaining compliant patient assistance programs.

Sua has experience in executing competitive procurement of multi-billion-dollar pharmacy benefit services on behalf of the nation’s largest health plans.  Sua also guided health plans in navigating whistleblower allegations of False Claims Act violations and conducted internal investigations of allegations of fraud and abuse.
