Ruth Yohannes

Ruth works closely with U.S. and international companies to provide solutions to complex employment issues. 

Ruth assists both emerging growth and multinational companies in navigating various stages of the employment relationship, including hiring options, employee management, workforce restructuring and collective or individual employee separations.

Ruth also maintains an active pro bono practice, and her various outreaches includes working with pro se asylum seekers, assisting DACA renewal and U-Visa applicants, and participating in criminal records dismissal cases. She also represents clients such as non-profits in various employment matters.
