Dominika Wolf

Dominika Wolf specializes in criminal law and penal-fiscal law. She acts as a defence attorney in cases of white-collar crime as well as an attorney of aggrieved parties when offences are committed to the detriment of clients.  

She supports clients throughout the course of criminal proceedings, from carrying out investigations, negotiating with the prosecuting authorities, to providing representation in court. Dominika also advises clients on crisis and risk management issues - she creates, implements and tests internal procedures for managing the negative consequences of crisis events (especially dawn raids) and runs tailor-made training sessions and workshops on crisis and risk management, as well as on criminal and compliance issues.

She advises on the civil and criminal liability of company directors and officers, on irregularities connected with business activities, and on the pursuit and recovery of misappropriated assets. She also assists companies during internal investigations and audits and represents them in disputes arising therefrom.

In addition, Dominika has specific experience in commercial insurance law. She advises insurance companies on disputes with counterparties and on regulatory and compliance issues. Dominika represents insurance companies in regulatory and administrative proceedings and advises on the provision of cross-border services, insurance distribution and outsourcing.
