Russell Wilkinson

Russell advises on: development, purchase/sale and financing of E&P assets; onshore/floating LNG export and import projects; and companies owning them; LNG/gas sales; construction, financing and chartering/leasing of LNG tankers and LNG FPSOs, FLNG vessels and FSRUs; bidding for and operating PSCs, licences and other concessions and unitisations (domestic and cross-border).

Russell previously worked as an engineer and with Mobil/ExxonMobil in London and in Doha, Qatar, while assigned to the Ras Laffan liquefied natural gas project.
