Saar Vinke

Saar Vinke focuses on corporate law, especially M&A-transactions and corporate governance advise. She advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and various business related matters. 

Before joining the Corporate team, Saar was a member of the Litigation and Regulatory team where she represented both national and global clients in corporate and civil litigation with a particular focus on transaction-related disputes, shareholders' disputes, corporate inquiry proceedings (enquêteprocedures), Enterprise Chamber proceedings and arbitration. Her experience involves both national and cross-border litigation.
