Eric Villateau
SocioEric Villateau is involved in project finance and public-private partnerships (PPP).
He advises both French and international banks, as well as investment funds and industrial companies, predominantly in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. Eric has experience in structuring, documenting and negotiating finance documents and investment documents, both in the context of greenfield and brownfield transactions. He is involved in the preparation of contractual documents for transactions on the primary or secondary market.
