Ornella Vastola

Ornella Vastola, is legal director in the Corporate department. Ornella has an extensive experience in local and cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital, commercial contracts, general corporate and corporate governance.

Ornella has significant experience in M&A and other extraordinary corporate transactions, advising several domestic and multinational companies and private equity funds across several sectors (industrial, technology, life science, insurance and financial sector).

Ornella has also strong experience in assisting major Italian and multinational companies in corporate and commercial consultancy, corporate governance and corporate secretary matters as well as compliance matters, particularly those involving criminal liability of legal entities pursuant to the Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

Before joining DLA Piper, Ornella Vastola worked with leading Italian and international law firms.
