Christina Valdini represents clients in litigations, arbitrations, mediations and in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings. She advises national and international companies and financial institutions in all areas of business and commercial law. Her focus is on insolvency, commercial and corporate disputes, financial services disputes as well as defence in mass claims proceedings and collective actions.

Due to her many years of experience with mass claims proceedings, she has extensive and recognized expertise in handling the challenges of such proceedings, for example efficiency improvements, process and team management.
