Stacie Trott guides clients through highly-structured corporate and commercial real estate transactions – particularly those involving European and Asian cross-border initiatives. Among her clients are institutional private equity firms, global investment managers and real estate investment funds involved in complex joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings of office, hotel, multi-family, logistics, industrial, storage and retail assets. Stacie brings deep knowledge and skill in advising on matters that span the US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, Japan, Korea and Australia.

EXPERIENCE

  • Represented a global investment manager in the acquisition, joint venture and financing of leasehold interests in a portfolio of hotels located in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Turkey with more than 400 employees and assuming nearly EUR40 million in commitments.
  • Represented a US investment advisor in the acquisition, joint venture, development and financing of a US$143 million multi-family residential community in the UK.
  • Represented an institutional private equity firm in the acquisition, joint venture, development and financing of multiple 289-unit, multi-family residential communities in Ireland.
  • Represented a US investment advisor in the acquisition, joint venture, development and financing of a 270,000 square-foot industrial site to be developed into a logistics facility in Italy.
  • Represented real estate investment funds in the acquisition of a portfolio of logistic sites in the UK, as well as the negotiation of the joint venture and management agreements.
  • Represented US hospitality investors in a joint venture agreement to operate a New York City restaurant.
  • Represented an institutional private equity firm in the acquisition, joint venture, development and financing of a US$72 million retail center in the UK.
  • Represented a US investment advisor in the acquisition and financing of an office building in North Carolina.
  • Represented a global investment manager in the acquisition, joint venture and financing of a portfolio of industrial and logistics properties to create an urban logistics facility in Spain.
  • Represented real estate investment funds in the acquisition and financing of a 134-unit multi-family community in Ireland, as well as the negotiation of the joint venture and management agreement.
