Mariacarmela Timpone

Mariacarmela Timpone is a Lawyer of the Finance, Project & Restructuring practice group and she is based at the DLA Piper office of Rome.

Mariacarmela specialises in financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border, with a specific focus on the energy, infrastructure and real estate sector.

She has also gained experience in assisting leading Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions on banking, regulatory and corporate matters, and in advising companies and start-ups operating in the new technologies’ sector.
