Aaron Shaddy

Aaron J. Shaddy focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with experience defending automotive, consumer fraud, and products liability class actions. He also maintains an active appellate practice in both state and federal appellate courts, and has broad experience in other areas of civil litigation, including bankruptcy, intellectual property, and constitutional litigation.

Aaron joined DLA Piper after working at another major law firm and following his clerkships with the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and received the Thomas N O'Neill Prize for his pro bono work on behalf of indigent clients in Philadelphia.
