Matthew Seafield represents sponsors and investors in forming, investing in, and operating private funds. His practice focuses on representing the sponsors and management teams of leading venture capital, real estate, and other private equity investment funds in their global fundraising activities.

In addition to structuring fund sponsor and management arrangements, including parallel funds, co-investment entities, and special purpose vehicles, Matthew has experience in structuring real estate related joint venture acquisitions, REIT transactions, and ongoing fund operational matters. Matthew also represents institutional and individual high-net-worth investors in private fund investments and side letter negotiations.
