Federico Roviglio is an M&A lawyer, with significant experience in advising (domestic and international) clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, mainly in the context of (domestic and cross-border) M&A and joint venture transactions (including acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, mergers, demergers and other extraordinary transactions).
Federico regularly assists companies, industrial groups, private equity and pension funds, financial institutions, start-up companies and individuals operating in various sectors (including energy and infrastructure, food & beverage, health and medical, information technology and chemicals).
He is experienced in assisting clients both on "buyer side" as well as "on seller side".
In addition, Federico is a lecturer at the training course "Commercial law. The extraordinary transactions" promoted by Wolter Kluwer - IPSOA, dedicated to professionals. Federico focuses his lessons on the drafting of share/quota purchase agreements and the structuring and implementation of joint venture transactions. He supported, with a number of lectures on business law, Junior Achievement Italia (a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship).
