Michele Rondoni is a Lawyer in the Litigation & Regulatory department and is based in the Milan office where he focuses on administrative law, with particular reference to energy and environmental law.
Michele assists national and international clients, carrying out consultancy and defense in administrative disputes in the energy, environmental law, construction and town planning sector. In particular, he focuses on litigations before the Administrative Regional Courts relating to environmental issues and waste management, the development of renewable source energy plants, access to public incentive schemes, obtaining permits and the environmental and administrative authorizations. He has gained experience in proceedings before the Court of Public Waters and Civil Courts.
Moreover, he assists his clients in general issues related to administrative law, advising in the development of renewable plants and energy efficiency projects from the authorization phase to the construction, management, financing, re-financing, sale or acquisition of projects implementation of and compliance with transparency provisions, access to administrative documents and deeds, the inertia of the public administration and self-defense proceedings.
