Tobias has a particular focus on project development, asset management and commercial tenancy law as well as construction law.

In this context, he advises national and international clients on the implementation of real estate projects. This includes not least the acquisition of developed and undeveloped properties, the construction of buildings, their management, through rent and lease, and finally their realization. 

Tobias can draw on several years of professional experience and, thanks to his additional technical degree (Master of Science), always has the practical needs of project developers in mind.
