Anja Reuter LLM

Anja Reuter advises international and national clients such as companies, trade associations from different sectors and public authorities in all regulatory matters. Her practice areas include environmental law, food law, public construction law and infrastructure regulation.

She specialises in product safety and product compliance. She has in-depth and first-hand expertise on all regulatory issues in online sales (including GPSR, DSA, PLD). Anja advises all actors in the supply chain, including leading online marketplaces, on the development and implementation of national and EU-wide compliance programmes. Further, she has experience in the coordination of product safety recalls.

Anja’s work includes both ongoing strategic legal advice as well as the representation of her clients in escalations with authorities and in court proceedings.
