Christian Montinari is the Partner who heads the Tax practice group in Italy and member of the global tax committee at DLA Piper.

Chairman and Statutory Auditor of several companies belonging to listed Italian and multinational groups (e.g. Hewlett-Packard, Microtecnica, Micro Focus, DXC, Baglioni Hotel etc.).

Christian is specialized in M&A and structured finance transactions, international taxation, investment fund, tax planning for high net-worth individuals, domestic and international corporate reorganizations, restructuring and business planning.

He also provides assistance in the acquisition phase and in the definition of the best structures for tax optimization for funding, financial flow and disinvesting. He is specialized in defining tax compliance program, APA and MAP. He also advises on tax litigation matters.
