Roberta Moffa is a Lawyer in the Public Procurement group within the Litigation & Regulatory department. She is specialized in administrative law, with particular reference to public contracts and PPP on different sectors, like Life Sciences & Health care, IT, infrastructures among others.
Roberta assists domestic and international clients on the participation to Italian public procurement tenders for supply, services, works, as well as in relation to the various phases of these procedures, supporting clients also in the executional phase of public contracts. She usually assists clients in contentious matters before the competent administrative authorities.
Roberta also consults clients day by day in the field of administrative law by drafting opinions and in the review of contract templates, providing support in a constantly evolving regulatory environment.
Finally, Roberta has assisted many clients in sanctioning proceedings before ANAC.
