Marley Mintzberg

Marley Mintzberg maintains a general practice in employment and labour law.‎

Marley assists clients with a wide variety of workplace issues, including wrongful dismissal claims, ‎employment standards, workplace policy and procedure, health and safety, harassment and discrimination ‎complaints, and on strategic employment-related litigation. She provides support for employment issues within corporate/M&A transactions. Marley’s practice also covers privacy and data protection ‎issues.‎

Marley holds a Licentiate in Laws from the University of Ottawa, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her ‎time in law school, Marley was actively engaged in various social activities and committees, including her ‎Faculty’s class action association and sports committee. Prior to joining our firm, Marley interned at a ‎boutique litigation firm.‎

Marley summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an Associate in 2023.‎
