Kalina Léger‎

Kalina Léger practices in the field of civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on contractual law, civil liability, construction law, and bankruptcy and insolvency. Her practice involves analysis and research in significant litigation cases, drafting opinions and procedures, and various representations before the courts.

Before joining the firm, Kalina completed an internship at the Office of Consumer Protection. Throughout her academic journey at Université Laval, she was involved in several social activities and  pro bono projects. Kalina also worked with the Bureau d’information juridique de l’Université Laval‎. Additionally, she collaborated with a professor at Laval University on a research project in the field of technology law, specifically addressing issues related to the right to privacy.

Kalina summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an Associate in 2023.‎
